Hi, I’m Sarah!

With over a decade of experience in eLearning development and instructional design, I have honed my skills in creating impactful and engaging training programs. I initially pursued a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice at Washington State University, aiming for a career in law enforcement. However, my passion shifted towards instructional design as I recognized its power to transform and empower individuals and organizations.

I firmly believe that a well-trained workforce is the cornerstone of any successful organization. By focusing on understanding the unique needs, capabilities, and goals of clients, I strive to develop tailored training solutions that drive efficiency and performance. The most fulfilling aspect of my work is witnessing how my training tools contribute to an organization’s achievement of its performance objectives.

Based just outside the DC Metro Area, I enjoy a fulfilling life both professionally and personally. When I’m not designing training curricula, you can often find me enjoying a round of golf, gardening, or spending time with my beloved dog, Lulu.
